冶金矿产:为了克服高速工具钢的缺点,提高使用寿命,重载冲裁模具可选用降碳降钒高速钢6W6Mo5Cr4V(6W6)和以高速钢成分为基础,添加少量的其它元素构成的高强韧性模具钢—基体钢,如65Nb钢、LD钢、12AL钢、CG-2钢等等。o5Cr4V(6W6)钢为高强韧性高速钢,由于降低了碳化物的含量和分布均匀性,使其在保持硬度和耐磨性的同时,抗弯强度、冲击韧性和塑性都有显著提高,虽然耐磨性略低,仍可用低温氮碳共渗提高表面硬度和耐磨性。

英标型钢:
中频炉加热料段时,常常因停起炉而使温度不稳,造成轴件温度过高或过低,此时应对停起炉时加热的前1~2炉料段全部测温,温度不符合规范时,应甩出,同时对温度不稳时轧制的产品全部进行超声波探伤。模具参数选择及维护保养当断面收缩率较小时,应选择较大的成形角角;反之,应选择较小的角。为减少疏松,应尽可能选择较大的角。当断面收缩率<35%时,应选择较小的角,否则易疏松;当>70%时,也应选择较小的角,否则易缩颈;塑性较差的材料,也要选择较小的角。
