Operation and maintenance re of sewagetreatment e: 1. Operating managers and maintenancepersonnel should be familiar with the maintenance re ofmechanical and electrical e 2. The structure of thestructure and various gate valves, guardrails, climbing ladders,pipelines, etc. should be inspected, repaired and treatedregularly, and the damaged lighting e should be replaced intime. 3. Inspection and fastening of various e connectorsshould be carried out regularly, and the fragile parts of couplingshould be replaced regularly. 4. Opening and closing tests shouldbe done regularly for all kinds of pipeline gate valves. 5.Electrical control cabinets should be inspected and cleanedregularly, and their various technical performances should betested. 6. Limit switches and manual and electric interlockingdevices of electric gate valves should be checked regularly. 7.After each pump shutdown, the sealing condition of packing or oilseal should be checked and the necessary treatment should becarried out. And fill or replace fillers, lubricants and greases asneeded. 8. Where a device with a wire rope is installed, the wearof the rope is greater than 10% of the original diameter, or whenone of the strands has broken, it must be replaced. 9.
