如下步骤处理污水:
(1)、医疗污水通过格栅过滤、集水井沉降,固液分离,液相污水进入水解酸化池,利用水解产酸菌的作用,将污水中不溶性有机物水解成可溶性有机物,使大分子有机物质分解成小分子有机物质 ,并去除部分可溶性有机物,提高污水的可生化性,为后序快速降解有机物创造有利条件;
(2)、水解酸化后的污水依序进入贫氧池、接触氧化池、二次沉降池循环,使废水处于缺氧、富氧循环变换的环境中,实现如下转变:
-脱氮;将有机氮转化为氨氮,通过好氧微生物硝化菌作用将氨氮转化为亚硝态氮、硝态氮,再通过厌氧微生物反硝化菌将亚硝态氮、硝态氮转化为氮气,从污水中逸出,达到脱氮的目的;
-除磷;利用聚磷菌在缺氧环境中释磷,而在富氧环境中过量吸磷的特性,形成高含磷量的污泥,达到除磷的目的;
-彻底降解有机物:在水解酸化的基础上,利用好氧微生物富氧环境中快速繁殖的特性,厌氧微生物在缺氧环境中快速繁殖的特性,轮番降解有机物,将其转化为污泥;
(3)、对污水消毒,使之达到排放标准;
(4)、定期清除污泥。
所述贫氧池的容积远小于接触氧化池的容积,当污水循环时,在贫氧池的停留时间很短,而在接触氧化池的停留时间很长,使生化处理产生的污泥主要沉淀在接触氧化池中。
所述贫氧池由调节曝气池、贫氧池串联组成,二者为连通器结构,通过改变调节曝气池的曝气度,使污水充分混合,水质均匀。

从监测结果可以看出,该工程处理后排放的废水已达到GB8978-1996表2I级排放标准,也达到了本项工程的设汁要求。
医院废水处理流程工艺选择原则为:
1)、传染病医院必须采用二级处理,并需进行预消毒处理。
2)、处理出水排入自然水体的县及县以上医院必须采用二级处理。
3)、处理出水排入城市下水道(下游设有二级污水处理厂)的综合医院推荐采用二级处理,对采用一级处理工艺的必须加强处理效果。对于经济不发达地区的小型综合医院,条件不具备时可采用简易生化处理作为过渡处理措施,之后逐步实现二级处理或加强处理效果的一级处理。
